Top Notch Kennels Prices

Fees are charged on a per day basis as we are unable to book another dog into your dog’s unit on the day they arrive or leave. Therefore the day of arrival and departure are charged as a full day.

All prices are per calendar day

An overnight stay is therefore counted as two days.

For all Peak period bookings a 50% deposit will be required 4 weeks prior to your dog’s stay.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Additional Fees

Extra care fee: $20 per day.  For dogs needing individual walking, this will be discussed with you.  If you own two or more dogs that can be socialised together the charge remains $20. We endeavour to find a good group mix for all dogs that are deemed social by their owners but if this is not possible then this charge will apply.

Any out of hours medication: $15 per day.  

Out of hours pick-up/drop off: $60. This must be by prior arrangement as this cannot always be accommodated.

Long stay discounts may apply during low season.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans change and we will do our best to accommodate these for you with your booking. Please be aware, however, that we have committed to taking your dog for the full duration of your booking and late cancellations or changes mean we are unable to offer your space to someone else and therefore fees may apply.

Low Season

3-7 days before: 25% of total booking.

Two (2) days before: 50% of total booking.

Less than 24 hours notice: full charge for the entire booking.

High Season

We have extremely high demand at these times. As we have to plan staffing in advance, and it is very challenging to fill vacancies at the last minute, we will have higher charges at this time if you change, shorten or cancel your booking. Please consider the dates you request carefully as changes will incur cancellations fees if within the following periods:

2-3 weeks before: 25% of total booking.

Less than 2 weeks:50% of total booking.

Less than 24 hours notice: full charge for the entire booking.

We reserve the right to charge you the full cost of your stay for last minute cancellations or changes.

Payment by cash, EFTPOS, Stripe or online banking.

In long term boarding situations we request that payment be made monthly or by a 50% deposit of on delivery of you dogs with the balance to be paid when collecting your dogs from the kennels.
